Index and Match is not working as i want

Dear Friends..........please help me

i have a problem in my spreadsheet.........i attached my sample sheet......i want result of Column H in Column G (in column H i fill this column Manually bcoz my formula is not working..........i want result like Column H in Column G with the help of formula)........please take a look of my sample sheet........

Many members search our previous posts, and thread titles play a big part of the search. I doubt anybody would do a search based on your title?

To change a Title on your post, click EDIT POST then Go Advanced and change your title, if 2 days have passed ask a moderator to do it for you.

No one will risk a rebuke by a moderator until you change your title to a satisfactory format. Please read the rules carefully and then amend your title appropriately.
