I am trying to combine two formula's into one cell, F2.
The two formulas are below, D2=24
=D2*1.12
and =F2/(1-10%)
And end result in F2 should be 30

Don't think an equation in a cell can reference its own cell. F2 can't contain a formula including =F2.
Try this
=D2*1.12/(1-10%)
the result is: 29.86666667

Try to use:
F2 --> =(D2*1.12)/(1-10%)
OR
F2 --> =(D2*1.12)/0.9
Is that what you're lokiing fo?

=(D2*1.12)/.9
(.9 is 1- 10%) if you want to use (D2*1.12)/(1-.1) you can
