Question Calculate cost based on the course count

    Hi All,

I have a simple data which has a frequency column and course count that a candidate can subscribe for. I want to calculate the cost of the course based on the frequency and number of courses subscribed. The candidate can select courses from 1 to 500 and upto 500 course we have a scale set up based on frequency.

Below is the data of that

    Frequency
    Courses
    0 to 500
    D
    3500
    W2
    3000
    W
    2500
    M
    2000
When a candidate selects lesser number of course the fees for the course will be greater based on the frequency. For example if the frequency is D and the candidate selects 500 courses the fees will be 3500. However if the candidate selects 400 courses then the cost of that will be greater than 3500. So basically i want to provide more cost if the candidate selects lesser number of course.

I dont know how to achieve this. can anyone please help me in this?

Your data layout has got messed up and doesn't make much sense (to me, for one!!).

Please attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is enough data to demonstrate your need. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary. Remember to remove ALL confidential information first!!!

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

Hi Apologize... I have attached the excel sample. I wont be having more data. I have four frequencies Daily, Weekly, Weekly twice and Monthly. Each frequency has a cost associated with it for 500 course. when the course count decrease, the cost needs to increase.
