    Simple Print out Query

    Hi,

    Maybe an incredibly easy question.

I have an excel spreadsheet like the one attached with multiple parties taking or buying various modes of transport.

Is it easy to create a query where a user simply types or selects something from column a and it displays or prints out the complete corresponding rows?

For example user can select a value from column A --> if column A equals WST or WCE (maybe from a drop down list), then it prints out 2 lines or 3 lines respectively; or preferably the complete rows including the top heading.

Or do I need to create an access database to do this, it's been a while?

    Assistance much appreciated.

    Thanks
