Identifying changes to rows across two sheets

Hi all - I wonder if someone can help with this issue...

I have two sheets of similar data - the first (sheet 1) with 1865 rows and is a newer version of the other (sheet 2) with 1806 rows (data in columns A-Y).

I want to do the following, ideally giving me fresh data on a separate sheet:
1 - remove all rows that are exactly the same across the two sheets.
2 - highlight the brand new row data held in sheet 1 that is not on sheet 2.
3 - highlight the row data from both sheets that is similar but has changed (e.g. the data in column c might have changed, or a name spelling).

Does this make sense?

Use an =MATCH() on the largest sheet to evaluate each value against the smaller sheet. Where this evaluates to a numeric it means it's found a line number on the smaller sheet. You can then filter this sheet so show all non N/A values and then select all those rows and delete them.

2. What's left is all the stuff not on the smaller sheet

3. Which you may want to perform first is trickier. How do you define 'similar'?
The best thing I can suggest is to download the free Excel Fuzzy Lookup AddIn from Microsoft and use that to identify similar but not exact matches.
