Hi All,

I have attached an excel spreadsheet which a friend uses for nutritional information and we need help to find data based on the type of food selected.

for example,

lets look at meal 1 on sheet 2. When a food is selected from the drop down list in sheet 2 (B6 thru to B11) we need the corresponding protein, carbs, fats & calories located on sheet 1 to be automatically populated.

If you adjust the headings so that they match the headings on Sheet1, you can use:

Unfortunately, you will need to copy and modify the formula for each day of the week, given the way that you have laid out the worksheet.
