So here is what I'm trying to do:

The workbook is for attendance numbers of who is on site based on 4 different groups of people, and acts as a sign in/out

Sheet 1 is the splash page for data in Sheets 2-5.
Sheets 2-5 Column A is the by-name roster, Column B is present/not present (0 or 1 displayed as a check or flag icon), Column C is their out code (home, remote site, excused, etc.)

What I would like to do is create a list on Sheet 1 in Column A of everyone on sheets 2-5 who is currently coded as out. I'm kind of in over my head on this one so any help is greatly appreciated.
