Reputation Points calculation

Respected All,
I want to know what is the calculation of "Reputation Points"

For first time I got directly 12 then 2,2,2..... sometimes 1........ till 63 then directly I got 12...
Yesterday, Sir daffodill11 added reputation but I got 0.... So what is the mysterious behavior of this??

There is no formula for that (that I know of), the more senior you become, the higher the rep points are that you give someone. New members, for instance, give 1 or 2, my rep "power" is 22. If someone reps you and the points dont show up, wait a while, perhaps the server might be slow in updating

Okay... I read information regarding power and green marks.. but just want to Is there any calculation or not??
but its still 90 since yesterday...
