pulling values to =RIGHT of / with inconsistent source

Hello Forum...

I have a column of around 15k rows that is in "1/1" "6/12" "350/600" format.

i need to pull the value to the right of "/" and have been doing this with

=IFERROR(1*RIGHT(A1,LEN(A1)-SEARCH("/",A1,1)),"")

this has been working fine for months... until my employers changed my source data to "6/12 (50.0%)"

this new data is now mixed amongst old data, which is giving errors.

anyway could add to my formula to pull the value to the right of / in both forms of data

any help is greatly appreciated.
