what to repeat the Text in the column in TAB2 as per the count in the TAB1

I have 2 TAB in excel

Tab 1 contain data from column from A to G
Tab 2 contain data from column from A to M

i just want to populate "reclaim" in column M in TAB2 according to the count given in Tab 1 column E.

For example

In the attached file i need to populate the text "reclaim" 17 times as per the count given in TAB1 column E
