Help with sorting unique data in two different columns

    Hi All,
I am trying to filter about 1000 lines of data and I am having no luck. I have used the advanced filter to determine unique entries of one column but my request is a bit more specific than that.

I have two columns of data. In Column A I have numerous different numbers and many are repeated. In column B I have numerous other numbers and some are repeated. In column C I have data that is relevant and most travel with the data but is not a sort criteria.

What I am trying to do is sort the lines by unique data in columns A and B.

    I have attached the data

What I want to do is filter the combination so its only listed once.. For example

    Column A Column B Column C
    A A Some Description
    A A Some Description
    A B Some Description
    B C Some Description
    B C Some Description
    B C Some Description
    C D Some Description
    C E Some Description
    C F Some Description

I would like the data to spit out something like below

    Column A Column B Column C
    A A Some Description
    A B Some Description
    B C Some Description
    C D Some Description
    C E Some Description
    C F Some Description

To be clear, even though I used letters for my example, in reality the items in column A will never be listed in Column B and vice-versa.

    Thanks for any help!

    Hi Spoolx,

See if the attached is what you are asking for. I did an Advanced Filter using the first two columns only of your example data. You also need to check the Unique box in the advanced filter dialog. See if this is it.
