i have rainfall data every 10 min and i need to find from this data the rainfall every 20 min , 30 min ,1 hr ets

I created a pivot table out of your data. There were many rows where the values were 0. With the pivot table, the 0 values could be hidden or shown as needed. The pivot table also allowed for grouping of the date/time by year, month, day, hour and minute value. Just change the appropriate filter (slicer) to get what you want. The values in the slicers are chosen just like you would choose files in File Explorer using the Ctrl key.
