Short answer: yes. Long answer: tell us more. When you say "write a Code", do you mean a macro in VBA? If so, still yes but please indicate how column A is based on columns B and C.

I made an example.
So it's based on the company name and the name of the person. I already made examples for each company.
The answer based on your example workbook is no. Easy enough to add the domain but building the addressee name is inconsistent. Sometimes you use full first name, others, just an initial. Sometimes dot separated, sometimes not. IMO, it can't be done.

If you can define some "rules" where full names or initials are used, etc., it may be possible ... but I wouldn't hold your breath
