If Text in one sheet, then same text should be reflect in other sheet, other wise blank

Thank you for giving me your valuable time. Here I attached one excel file. In that I there are two sheets. If we enter text in first sheet same text should be reflected in other sheet. If first sheet cells are blank then in second sheet respective cells should be blank.

Note: In the attachment , I did this manually. Please share the same sheet with suitable formulas.
