    Condensing document

    Hello! Excel novice here. I have a super long excel sheet all on column A that I would like to condense by putting the odd number pages in column A into a new column B. Is there a formula or easy way to do this? Thanks.

    You can cut the cells you wish to move to column B and Paste them.
    Highlight the cells to copy
    Edit-->Cut
    Highlight the location to Paste
    Edit-->Paste
