Hi all
I have a problem trying to workout why some data is not pulling into a pivot which I created in excel 2007, when the first column has blanks you assume its the same as (in this case) the customer above as I'm aware 2007 can't duplicate the same data if it matches the field above. Problem is it showing blanks fields when the data is different although the core data is correct.
Any help on where to track what is going wrong much appreciated..

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.
Remember to desensitize the data.
Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

Its a large file and I'm not sure how to pull a workable sample but I'll have a look and see if I can build a smaller version of it. Problem is it may not replicate the missing data as there is a lot going on in the original worksheet. I'll have a look to see if I can pull a workable example.
