manage attachments not uploading?

Anyone else having trouble uploading an attachment on manage attachment? The loading thing just keeps spinning. Been going on for 15minutes now....file is only. 32kbs.

Worked okay for me just now. Mind you, the site has been a bit flaky this week.

What browser are you using?

I'm using IE 11.

I've had some minor issues. Every once in a while when I try to Upload the file it will Open the file instead. When this happens I just close the window and reopen it and that normally solves he problem, sometimes it takes 2 or 3 tries but I can get it to work.
