Hello,
you can in a given range disable "=" or "+" or "-"?
Every time I insert one of these signs excel creates a formula.

type ' in front of it, or format those cells to TEXT
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)

my 1st suggestion works. start by typing '
no.
1st, type in ' then type in your sign. Do this directly IN the cell you are working with

Yes, correct, then just continue typing - after that - what you want
'=
Thanks Fdibbins,
you can create a custom text format for the sign < ' > to automatically insert?

Going with FDibbins other suggestion, you can preformat these cells as text, and that should stop Excel from seeing these as formulas. The formatting needs to be done before data entry.

If you format the cells/range as text before-hand, then the only problem you should have is if you type = (with nothing else, and no enter), and then click on the next cell - then excel will think you are making a formula
