Moving Reference Cells to different worksheets

Hi,
I'm trying to move data between worksheets, but only selectively. For example, I want to move cell T125, which contains "=E125/$E$124". But I am not trying to move the cells that are in the E column, the reference cells. When I move these cells to the desired workbook, I get the obvious error message that the reference cells are absent. Is there a way to "fix" the value that these cells display so that when I move them to the next workbook, it only shows the value as opposed to the equation inside the cells?

For the record, I didn't make the original sheet, which is why I am faced with dealing with the way the creator formatted their workbook. Thanks a lot.

why not just paste special > paste values?

yep that worked, thanks a lot! I never use Excel, just R and JMP lol and I had to do this by the end of the night tonight.
