Excel and goole calendar connection

I have office 2013

can a spreadsheet time line be connected to google calendar and send alerts?
I would like to know if below table could be linked to google calendar and alert me
example:
First alarm goes off on 12/4/2015 7:01 am and
second alarm goes off on 12/4/2015 7:12 am and let me know value = 1
third alarm goes off on 12/4/2015 7:01 am and let me know value = 4 and so on
