Fill Handle and Series of Numbers Help Please

Folks, many thanks for being on this forum and helping so many users with Excel. I consider myself an experienced user but this problem has got me stumped.

In Column 1 I want to use the fill handle to auto format a series of numbers like this:

451
451
451
451
452
452
452
452
453
etc.

All the way to 550

Excel automatically states averaging when I use the fill handle and I'll get 451, 451, 451 , 452, 452, 453, etc.

How do I format these so they don't average and I get 4 cell values, then advance one, and then another 4 cell values.

I've tried formatting as a series, changing formatting to text, and so on. Probably ridicously simple, but I just can't figure it out.
