How can I read a XML file. "looking for info"

I need help on how to read a XML file. I need to find out what the "XML Product Tag:" is for a import module for Prestashop.

I know that this may not be the right place. But if you know any way to do this please share.

You can search the web for "opening xml files" to get more details, but I believe all you need to do is use the file explorer and double click on the file name to open it. If you have an application that the xml file was created in, it will automatically open in that appplication. Otherwise, it will ask you what app to use and you can pick something like Notepad or MS Word. XML is basically a text file.

I was able to file the info need for me to import the file onto a Prestashop import module. But have come across another problem.

Here is a sample of the code: in the Attach is the file item code.docx


Ever thing has is own columns except when it comes to specification_attr_name and specification. Is all together here is a sample:
what it look like import.docx

specification_attr_name
insertable_length^length^width^girth^materials^color^special_features

specification
4.25^5^1.1^5^ABS Plastic^Black^Hypoallergenic


Is there any way to fix this if any one knows please let me know.
