Template Prepopulate using data from tabs within the sheet

Hi

Could anyone please provide me better formula with less working which delivers same result.

I have data on weekly basis which I add in the sheet 'CDD List' but want less data for analysis / reporting purpose. So I have created a layout in the 'Template' tab of the sheet, using vlookup I am bringing data from 'CDD List'

I have attached the sheet with formula. Please have a look and advise how It can be done in a better way ? automation possibility (macro etc)

Also looking if its possible to flow through data in the template sheet, with reference to one cell and dont have to insert new line and copy formula across in the 'Template'.

ps: I have added new data ( seperate tab) as a sample to test

Hi! Based on your solution, I have included a short event macro that copies the previous row when you enter a new CDD ID in the Sheet "Template". This way you get automatically the info that you need. Hope this helps!
