Paste option does not works in specific workbook.

Hello

I have a workbook with many worksheets. I can copy & paste anything from worksheet to another worksheet, even in another workbook. Everything fine.

The problem is that if i want to copy anything from another workbook to any worksheet of the specific workbook, the paste option is not available so i can not paste anything.

Using ctr+c and ctr+v, no result too.

Does anyone has any idea for this?

Thank you for your reply. unfortunately it's a hudge workbook(more than 50 worksheets, more than 100 userforms and 40 modules with codes and 200 formulas), so i am not able to create a sample for that.

Just why i asked if anyone haw any idea about what can be this that caused this problem.

i tried this.

Open excel
hit alt-f11 (to get to the VBE)
hit ctrl-g (to see the immediate window)

type this and hit enter:
application.commandbars("cell").reset

No luck..

I had such an issue some time ago with a huge workbook that i use to my work.

I never learned the reason of the problem but i solved in this way.

I Used 1 simple macro to disable my macros when i wanted to paste anything in this workbook and for beeing sure that everything would be ok after that another one(in workbook open event too) that enable all macros.

For sure is not something perfect but gave me a solution..
