Sending interconnected workbooks and maintain connectivity.

I have 6 workbooks in a folder and all of them are interconnected. How do I send the folder or the individual workbooks to someone and preserve the connectivity? As it is now, the path in the sent folder will change and the workbooks can't find each other. Thanks.

I think that if they're all in the same folder, the links should still work when you send them if they're all put in the same folder by the recipient - but I've never actually needed to do this, so can't be 100% sure. One other way to do it might be to copy them all to a folder directly on the C: drive (for example 'C:\excel\') then 'zip' this and send the .zip file - the recipient can then unzip it wherever he/she wants to - again, I think that should work.
If neither of those work, then sorry to waste your time!

I have sent 100s of such groups of files by putting them all in the same folder then zipping them or burning them to CD/DVD and distributing them. Make sure that the group of files are functional when grouped (all links still correct) before zipping or otherwise sending to recipients.

I put the files in a separate folder by themselves so that nothing else could accidentally be included or excluded.
