Unable to populate Dates across multiple pages, requiring two blank lines between Dates.

I have Attached a copy of a Spreadsheet I have been using.

Note that each Date on it has two blank lines before the date.

I have been manually entering the Dates and moving down manually two blank lines before entering the next Date.

If possible, I would like to Fill Down a Series of 365 Dates automatically.

Additionally, I would like each Page produced automatically to have just seven Dates on it.

The Attachment is our Weekly Sign-In Sheet.
