match min value offset

Hi

May I know how do return the direction of the min value (col B)


ColumnA ColumnB
West 61.77691737
North 62.86324364
East 1646.453399
South 1122.187787

I tried
Offset(Min(A1:A4),,-1)
offset(Address,Match(Max(A1:A4),A1:A4,0),0),,-1

but it have error.

C2=INDEX($A$2:$A$5,MATCH(MIN($B$2:$B$5),$B$2:$B$5,0))
