Need help making this chart on excel. Not exactly sure what year I will be doing on. The most important thing for me is being able to make the chart and learn how to write inside.

that actually looks like a table rather than a chart

to get something like that in excel
all you need to learn is Formatting>borders

just hit up youtube with "excel basics formatting borders"
there should be many step by step instructions videos on this
