    @Pepe Le Mokko

Hi, sorry I was in the middle of editing and deleted the old one.

    Here's the new one:

If you don't feel safe opening it. I attached a picture of the problem

Basically, I need a way to put those highlighted times into the ground time cell (I'm happy to expand to multiple cells) but the problem is how do I automate it?

It would be much easier and you will get more help posting the file on the forum

"Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

    Thank you for the example.
As it does not look like the image you provided could you give us some more information and an example of expected results?

Hi sure, Don't worry about the image, it's the same principle and just more data to sift through. I can just adjust whatever formula or code you provide later

Now, If you look at Row 3 in the Before box, the first plane arrives at 1am and departs at 4am (YEP mistake in the excel file abt departure and arrival but it doesnt matter.)

Now in the After box, it basically lists the time it is on the ground... so Aircraft B787 with ID N1 lists the hours 1am, 2am, 3am and 4am in Column J.

The transition from the before box to the after box is what I need to be automated. The After Box is just there for example but ASSUME it is currently empty, how can I transfer the data from Before Box to an empty After Box?

TLDR; Need the Before box to translate the hours shown and in between, vertically to the After Box. Expected result should look exactly the same as After Box.

For what it’s worth here is a set of formula solutions that seem to do what you want.

In H3 array-enter this formula and fill down and across to I23.
    Formula: copy to clipboard

If you aren’t familiar with array-entered formulae array enter means the formula must be committed from edit mode by simultaneously pressing and holding down Ctrl and Shift while hitting Enter.

Then array-enter the same formula with different INDEX in K3 and fill down.
    Formula: copy to clipboard
Please Login or Register to view this content.

Then array-enter this formula in J3 and fill down.
    Formula: copy to clipboard
Please Login or Register to view this content.

Applied to your file is attached.
