highlighting one line in a diagram

Hi,
I have a small but intriguing issue with a diagram. It's a simple diagram as shown below.
The thing is, I would like to show how all the staples relate to the line marking 11% and 50 %. That is, I would like to highlight those lines in the diagram, and preferrably colour them in the blue and red respectively. Is that possible?

If you add this to your graph data - i.e. you will now have 4 lines of graph data, the two you already have plus one that shows 11% in every cell and one that shows 50% in every cell - you can then right click on the extra columns and click 'Change series chart type' and select a line graph.
