Look up Date Range and Return Specific Value

I am trying to find a formula where column A has an invoice date and column F is a starting date, column G has an ending date and column H has the week of year. If column A falls into this date range, then it will return the week number of the year from column H.

This formula will return a blank if the date does not fall in between the starting and ending date.
