Need ideas for simple way to Import, Sort, & Calculate data.

I need to save the game statistics for each NBA player every day (points, rebounds, assists, minutes, etc). I also need to be able to perform calculations to this data based on different time windows. (average points last 5 games or std deviation of minutes over last 20 games). Then I need to be able to lookup those calculations and use them in a table.

I found a website where I can download a .CSV file for all the necessary data on any given day.

What is the best and most efficient way to perform this task?
