Getting results from a table based on certain criteria

Im looking for some help. Ive attached an example of a spreadsheet im working on. On the accounts tab you can see account number, name and what my customers have spent in the month. On the table tab you can see a table which in column c to d is the spend range and in column e is waht % disc they would get depending on what they have spent.

So how do I get a discount % figure in column D of the accounts tab based on the criteria found in the table on table tab?

Any help please would be greatly appreciated.
