Split or Forzen Layout Issue

In the attached image I would like the blue box to always be on screen no matter how far down or over I go in the orange box. Currently I have frozen a row so it works scrolling down but not across.

If you have a better suggestion for arrangement please let me know.

Architect you can freeze all rows (for instance) from row 5 upwards, and all columns from column E to A, or from both E5 up and left, but those locked rows/columns will always stay on the screen.

From the looks of it, you want to lock from a certain row upwards, but then only have the columns of those rows locked, but not the columns below those locked rows, locked?
If that is what you want, then it cannot be done. excel works in blocks/ranges or rows and columns, and you cannot break parts of those ranges apart and leave the rest unchanged
    1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
