Chart bars are inconsistant

Hi Everyone,

I have a couple of questions regarding Charts I'm hoping someone can help me with it. I have a spreadsheet with different critera by location and by month. I need help with the following:

1. Some of my charts have a difference between criteria of maybe 2 or 3 units, but it looks like the bars have a difference of 20 or more units. Some look as they should and some have huge discrepancies, when it comes to the bars. How can I fix this? This is not a spacing issue. See the chart labeled I-15 vs the chart labeled Eastlake. Eastlake has a larger gap between criteria then I-15, but I-15 looks like it has the larger one based on the bars.

2. I would like to add a formula on the chart that tells me the percentage of the goal reached for the month. Right now I update it manually. Anyway to make a formula to do that on the chart?

I suspect that the settings for the X axis (horizontal) include a minimum value that is too high.
Click on a value on the axis, then right click and choose Format Axis. On the Axis Options set the Minimum value to Fixed and reduce the value that was automatically inserted. This should in effect give more values between the minimum and the maximum thereby making the differences column length look smaller.
