Batch rename worksheets with dates

I have a worksheet that I want to create a sheet for each day of the month. Is there a way batch rename then without having to do them manually one-by-one.

On that same topic - is there a way to copy the data on one worksheet to each sheet in the file?

Perhaps a macro like this? Will make a copy of Sheet1 for the number of days you enter in the input box and new sheet will be named "Day 2", "Day 3" and so forth.
