Single length with multiple weights associated with it. Need them to be in there own cell

Below is the data I have (I have over 25,000 records). I need the length to be associated with each individual weights (See below)

Data I have:
White crappies
Length Weight1 Weight2 Weight3 Weight4
4.5 0.50 0.40 0.40 0.60
5.0 0.50 0.50 0.70 0.80
5.3 0.40
5.5 0.50 0.50
5.5 0.10 0.10 0.70
5.6 0.50
5.7 0.50
6.0 0.10 0.11 0.10 0.15
6.5 0.80
6.5 0.15 0.15 0.13


What I need:
Length Weight
4.5 .50
4.5 .40
4.5 .40
4.5 .60
5.0 .50
5.0 .50
5.0 .70
5.0 .80
etc.....


Is there a formula that I can use that will do this for me?
