If Formula of Median Error

Hi:

In the attached I have a list of criteria numbers and their total hours for each.



I am trying to have the pivot on the rate labeled 1-23 to take a look at the median average for each criteria.

For example I have 10 orders with criteria #2. I am looking for the median of that specific criteria on the right. Trying to have it automated for each criteria for it to match the criteria # and then pull the median of that from the "Total Hours" column. I'm running into errors with my formula.
