    Save single worksheet

    Hi!

In a program that has many userforms that fill in report tables for printing, the tables are not saved so they are clear on opening. There is one worksheet that records a set of data that I wish to save.

I can find no way of saving that single worksheet. The only solution I can come up with, is to save all and then run a 'select worksheet/unprotect worksheet/select range/clear content/protect worksheet' on numerous sheets.

    Can anyone make a suggestion?

    Many thanks

The only way to save a single worksheet as an Excel worksheet is to copy it to a new workbook and save that. That's easiest if the worksheet only contains data, and/or formulae that refer only to the worksheet.

Or, you could save the worksheet as a .csv file. You canopies that again in Excel but you'd lose the formatting.

Or, if you only need to read the data but not manipulate it, you could save it as a .pdf file.

    Re: Save single worksheet

Thanks InvisibleMan. I had seen that option but unfortunately, the table I am trying to save is being updated several times a week and records income, expenditure and profit for my golf club. It needs to generate a monthly/yearly report.
Looks like I will have to take the long route!
    Thanks again.
