How can I generate a new rows for a list every n steps and then generate summary sheet?

In the attached file, I downloaded a dataset like the one that appears in the sheet titled "Original" but with many more rows (ie. countries).

I'd like to do two things with this dataset and can't figure it out:

1. I would like to have a sheet like the one titled "Modified "Original" " where for each country two additional indicators are calculated. For each country group the indicator will rely on data already present in the sheet for each country. Data may be missing for some countries, causing errors in the formula, but that's ok.

2. Is it possible to have a summary sheet, like the one titled "Summary" in the file, where the growth of each indicator listed is calculate from a designated year to 2011, e.g. if country is Y and designated year is 2005, then: growth for indicator X = [indicator X for Y in 2011] divided by [indicator X for Y in 2005]. As you can see, this would involve matching the name and designated year for each row.

Any help or tips would be much appreciated.
