get a reference to go backwards one column and up one row as you pull it down a column

Hello. Is there a way to get this reference to change as I drag it down a column.

    Example:

    =P4, next row down
    =O5 next row down
    =N6 etc

    Thanks!!

This will extract values in the progression that you describe. Enter where you want the answers to start and fill down.

    Thank you both. Those worked.

@ doverman. Why do you add the *1+0. Seems unnecessary, no?

the *1 is the incremental value and the +0 is the starting number. They are necessary with the formulae that I gave you.
