QUESTION| How do I merge cells with same data automatically?

Hello, I'm new Exceller. I wanted to ask how can I merge cells with the same data from a list in the same column automatically, for example, one's adding data to a cell, and if additing the same data to the next below cell it will become 1 merged cell with 1 value.
