Date identified as Text string from CSV

Hi

Just trying to find out which formula to use when trying to convert the date from a csv export and turn it into a correct format (date format) so that I can use advanced analysis tools to analyse spreadsheet (power view / power BI)

I have viewed many excel topics on google, but the data presented as a text was generally in the form of 01-04-15. But mine is as per the screenshot below (i.e. Nov,14, 2014 4:08:33 AM PST):

I have used text to columns and then split it up with no luck.

Just interested in the actual date (i.e. 14/11/2014)

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
