Excel 2016 Web Based

I have a couple of clients that he recently upgraded to Office 2016 and I recall reading somewhere that the cheapest option (Office 365 Business Essentials) doesn't have Visual Basic functionality.

I have been trying to find this information again just to ensure I'm not advising my clients to spend more money on a subscription than they need to and wondered if anyone could shed some light on this.

Looking at this reminded me about what is missing from the web application.

I understand that the Workbook_Open & Workbook_BeforeClose events won't work but I have sent my client a test file to see if this is actually the case.
