Using IF formula I would like to enter different outcomes separately in one cell

    Good Morning,

I have attached my spreadsheet that I am working on so you can see what I am trying to accomplish.

In the possible violations, I would like to see more than one violation show up in the same cell.

    EG: >13 Driving >14 On-Duty

At the moment my formula will only determine one. I would like them both to enter if the criteria is met.

    Does this make sense?

I would set up a small table for this, and have all the "answers" in there, with their numbers. You could then do multiple lookup's into that table and return all the answers
    1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)

Glad to have helped. Thank you for the Rep mark. Ford's suggestion is a good one if you have many variables to return or if you need to edit the values in any way.
