Cannot enter a column with Excel messing up all my data

I started entering data in column A to K.

Now that all my data is entered, I just want to move everything over 1 column (so data would start in column B instead of A).

I tried copy/paste all columns, insert column, etc. but everytime it resets my values but when I look at the cells, all formulas are EXACTLY the same.

Example:

A1 = formula is ='Week 1'!B7:C7

when I shift everything over 1 column, B1 has EXACTLY that same formula but it gives me a value of 0, why and how can I fix this ?

formatting of the cell are both set to General as I want to formula to return a text value field from another sheet called Week 1.
