Extract specific words from large text

Hello,

For a research I am currently conducting I extracted job descriptions/requirements from various vacancies on the web. These are extracted in an excel format with job descriptions and requirements of a specific vacancy in a different cell. I would like to extract specific words from the text (column A) into the next column (column B). For example, I want to extract the word 'engineering' of each job description into the next column (if it is job description course). I was wondering if this is possible with a 'simple' function or is it needed to use a macro..

Hereby I attached a new spreadsheet in which I highlighted cells (with conditional formatting) which contained the word engineering. I would like to copy/extract that specific word to next column (column B). I wrote engineering manually next to the cells which contained the word engineering.

I have one more question. Is it also possible to search capital sensitive words with this function? For example, the combination ERP? When I use this search combination it also selects words like interpersonal. I hope you can help me out again, thank you!

Use: =IF(ISERROR(FIND("ERP",A3)),"","ERP") cause FIND is case sensitive.
