Timesheet rounding time to 6 minutes

Dear all,

Before I start, I'd like to take this opportunity and thank you all for sorting my other queries. You guys are life saviours! So again, a big thank you to all my fellow Excel masters.

Now the difficult bit...

My company time records is in increments of 6 minutes:

0.1 = 6 minutes
0.2 = 12 minutes
0.3 = 18 minutes
0.4 = 24 minutes
0.5 = 30 minutes
0.6 = 36 minutes
0.7 = 42 minutes
0.8 = 48 minutes
0.9 = 54 minutes

=FLOOR(C1,"0:06") rounds time to every 6 minutes so e.g. If I worked 7:17 hours, then FLOOR formula rounds this time to 7:12 which is perfect!

My question is:-

Let's say I worked 7 hours 47 minutes (7:47). FLOOR formula would round this time to (7:42) which is perfect! I now need this time to be converted into 7.7. Is there any way I can do this?
