Tweak Code for Copy and Paste Special vs Cut and Paste

This workbook is designed to move work from the "Inquiry" page to either the "Win" or "Loss" page. The code written does this job well with a double-click in either the Win or Loss columns (K & L). However I am running into a few issues.

1) When a row is moved from the "Inquiry" tab to the "Win" tab I lose the borders after column L. I would like to keep them.
2) When a row is moved from the "Inquiry" tab to the "Win" tab I lose all cell formats after Column L. I would like to keep them.
3) When a row is moved from the "Inquiry" tab to the "Loss" tab I do not receive the entirety of the borders, which I would like to keep.

I think this is due to the cut-paste, but I do not now how to fix this.
