I have a worksheet with a cell that is formatted as a date. Let's say that cell is F4.

What I am trying to do when cell F4 is highlighted is to have a calendar pop up and be available for the user to select a date which will then be entered into cell F4. This would be similar to the calendar used by bank websites for customers to use in picking a payment date. I hope this is a clear enough description to work with.

So my question consists of two parts:

1) Is there a place where I can find such a calendar?

2) How to I do the insertion in my worksheet?
